The hungry us...
They have different variety compared to the ones we can find in Singapore.
We love this salmon wrap asparagus with mentaiko dressing
Crunchy and refreshing!
So.. After a proper dinner, girls are still girls.. No matter how full our tummies were.. There's always room for dessert!
This little ice cream truck is parked very close to Baskin Robins at Platinum mall.
They were so cute that it was so irresistible..
We got 1 each..
Sorry girls.. Phone photos are always blurr at night..
These ice cream cost 80 baht each and it was just good looking.. You know what I mean..
Chris and i had our passport holders done.. You can pick the colours of the items (passport holder, key chain and etc) you want. Pick another colour for your tag for your name or initials and an accessory / charm to go with it! We got ours done just outside Platinum mall (like a flea). You wont get to see it in the day, they probably start early evening like 5pm Bangkok time.
Pick the items and you can collect them later or next day. Just dont throw away the ticket number they pass to you. Pay after you're done with your selection and they will have it ready when you pick them up.
Passport holder with name tag 80 baht
Accessory / Charm 20 baht each (you can pick as many as you want)
We wanted to collect them the next day, they were on the street when we passed by so we picked them up before heading back to hotel.
After picking our stuffs, i headed back to hotel alone and the rest went for their massage!
And i have all their stuffs with me to bring back.. SEE?! sobs.. Hahaha..
Had my favourite time to end the day.. SHOWER! I need alot of shower time so yupp.. Back alone was good too..

20th April 2015 - Day 3
We were in white for the day!
Waiting for Ching Ting and Chris to head over to our room.
Photos!
Breakfast was downstairs of our hotel..
The raved WANTON MEE by Singaporeans SabX2
Be early if you dont wanna queue for breakfast.. We were downstairs at about 9am..
There was only 1 chef to cook the Wanton noodles I guess.. That was probably the reason why the long wait.
Waiting...........
Here comes the WANTON MEE!
Ordered some braised pork intestine and a braised egg.
I would say its a so so only wanton mee. Just that the portion was small and just enough for breakfast? Worth the wait? Nah.. It was just a normal wanton mee..
Anybody knows what does the tortoise sign means?
I was guessing that the sign would mean no slow eating.. Hahaha!
Here's why I say go early if you don't wanna queue to eat.
After our breakfast.. The queue was so super long..!
After breakfast.. Just down the street.. You can get bulk purchases at cheaper price..
It actually looks like market that only sells clothes..
We popped by Black Canyon at one of the malls we passed by..
I forgot where.. But Black Canyon is everywhere in Bangkok too..
Had some finger food and drinks
Back to Hotel!
Left our things back in hotel and a quick break and off we go!
Next stop CENTRAL WORLD
The four of us in the hotel lift heading out for our lunch at Central World.
Central world thai food level 7 near a buffet restaurant.
I've got no photos of our food cause photos were taken by Chris in her camera.. So.. Haha..
And next stop SIAM PARAGON
After lunch, we headed to Siam Paragon for some shopping and headed to the famous café..
AFTER YOU
Located on the Ground floor
While waiting for them to order and for the food to arrive..
Photos time!
Heres what we have for dessert..
Famous Shibuya Thick Toast
We ordered the Matcha Toast (195 baht)
and we also had Fresh Strawberry Pancake (165 baht)
More shopping at Siam Paragon
Settled our quick and simple dinner at Siam Paragon food court..
I had the Tom Yam mixed fish noodles at 80 baht
The poor me had to head back to hotel alone.. Cux the ladies went for their daily dose of massage. They had to take a train to somewhere.. So I decided to head back to hotel.. I am not a very street smart person but I would say Bangkok is easy enough for me to walk around alone.
And its always selfie time whenever im alone.. Haha..
Had to walk pass Central world.. Prayed along the street where there's like a praying area.. Not sure whats that call cause it's not a temple.. Just that people pray and I follow.. Hahahahahahah!
This is the Platinum mall flea I was talking about where we had our passport holder done.. This is how it looks like when theres not much crowd. This was the cheapest we can find.. So keep a lookout if you wanna get yours done!
Further down the street.. Cross the over head bridge you'll be able to see Hotel Glow
So yupp.. That's Glow from the overhead bridge
Tada!
I got my way back alone! So smart.. Haha..
And that's the end of day 3..
21st April 2015 - Day 4
We had Mcdonals downstairs of Glow again and headed out for our last day in Bangkok
First stop for the day
BIG C SUPERCENTER
That's a super market
The ladies shop while I take photo.. Haha.. Just one..
After supermarket shopping.. Headed back to hotel to pack in our stuffs..
We bought drinks and fruits on the first day at Big C too.. Just a short one to get fruits and drinks..
This flavoured Vodka was in the fridge since the first night.. So.. finish it before I pack it back to Singapore..
Bought Smirnoff Melon.. Taste like melon soda..
Nice light in the hotel.. So photos time!
We headed down to checkout with our packed luggage at 12 noon..
The last photo of us at the hotel lobby
And so.. It was lunch time after checking out.
Lunch time at Fuji Restaurant in Central World also on the 7th floor..
Lunch was filling.. But like I said.. Theres always room for dessert..
Also at central world, Crepes & Co on 7th Floor
This cute staff who works in Crepes & Co was making the crepe for another customer so we asked what flavour was that. And when he said Kimchi.. We had a great laugh.. He meant Green tea just that we got that as Kimchi..
Waiting..
Finally the crepes were served!
Didn't manage to remember the names of the ones we got.. But theres so many to choose from!
Just pick one!!!
And so.. My ladies just cant get enough of massage.. They decided to go for one last round in our hotel.. And I headed for my last minute shopping! Ching Ting was with me for an hour and headed to join them for massage too.
My last stop was Platinum cause it was just down the street and opposite of our hotel..
I headed back just slightly before they finished their massage.. At the hotel lobby.. Selfie time again..
The filled luggage but the HUGE bag was not a purchase.. Its work stuff.. So exclude that for shopping..
The happie and tired me..
The cabbie managed to squeeze in all our stuffs and off we go to the airport.
Had a quick dinner fix at the airport after we checked in our luggage.
Bangkok.. Till we meet again!
I will miss you.. Haha!
A very big thank you to my ladies especially Ching Ting for being our tour advisor for this trip.
Sorry ladies that I cough non stop and Anna had to sleep in the same room with me hearing me cough throughout the night.
Was a very fun filling trip to Bangkok.. Learnt how to bargain alittle more den I used to.. Hahaha..
Can we have another Bangkok trip together next year please..
