Paid for Registration!

Went to MDIS to pay for my registration.. Tat is evidence of my official receipt.. Still feeling worried about going school. Dunno why my mind tells me that i may not excel in studies, but no matter wat happens now i do not have a choice do i? Study well and get myself tat piece of paper is a must now. It's now an aim and a goal to me.. Haiz.. Just hoping that things in my mind will just go away and settle down ASAP.. My life just seems worthless..
